WegLabs provides users with the ability to request deletion of their app account and associated personal data.
This page applies to WegLabs mobile applications and digital products, including but not limited to WayGermany and Posture Reset.
- Delete Your Account from Inside the App
If the app includes an in-app account deletion option, you can request deletion directly from the app:
- Open the app.
- Go to Profile, Settings, or Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
After confirmation, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.
- Request Account Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, your device, or your account, you can request deletion by email.

Posture Reset – Account deletion request
WegLabs – Account deletion request
Please include:
The name of the app you used
The email address associated with your app account
Any additional information needed to identify your account
We may ask for additional information to verify that you are the account owner before processing the deletion request.
- What Data Will Be Deleted
Depending on the app you used, account deletion may include deletion or anonymization of:
Account profile information
Email address and authentication account
App preferences and settings
Saved progress or checklist data
Session history, saved sessions, and continuity data
Self-entered app data, such as check-ins, body-zone selections, recovery preferences, or similar inputs
Subscription or entitlement status stored in our app systems
Backend records associated with your user ID
- Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained where necessary for legitimate reasons, including:
Legal or tax obligations
Payment, billing, or subscription records handled by app store providers
Security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, or debugging logs
Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you
We do not sell your personal data.
- Processing Time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
In some cases, deletion may take longer if additional verification is required or if we are legally required to retain certain information.
