These Terms of Use apply to WegLabs websites and WegLabs mobile apps, including WayGermany and Desk Workout, unless a separate agreement or additional terms are provided for a specific product.
By using WegLabs apps or websites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps or websites.
WegLabs is an independent app studio based in Germany. WegLabs builds mobile products and related websites for practical user workflows, including migration guidance and desk recovery.
WegLabs apps are independent products. WayGermany is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any German government authority. Desk Workout is not a medical device or healthcare provider.
WegLabs apps may provide informational, educational, planning, productivity, movement, or AI-assisted guidance. This content is provided for general use only.
WegLabs does not provide legal, immigration, medical, financial, or official government advice. You are responsible for checking official sources and consulting qualified professionals where needed.
WayGermany helps users organize and track migration-related information, pathways, tasks, checklists, reminders, interview practice, and AI-assisted informational guidance.
Visa rules, eligibility, procedures, documents, fees, appointment systems, and government requirements may change. Decisions are made by the relevant official authorities, not by WayGermany or WegLabs.
Desk Workout provides general movement, stretching, mobility, posture, and desk recovery guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical conditions.
If you have severe pain, injury, numbness, dizziness, a medical condition, or uncertainty about whether an exercise is safe for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the app.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing accurate information where needed for app functionality.
You may log out or request account deletion according to the account deletion instructions provided by WegLabs.
Some WegLabs app features may require in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium access, bundles, packs, or AI credit packs.
Purchases are usually handled by platform providers such as Google Play or Apple App Store. Refunds, billing, taxes, and purchase disputes may be subject to the policies of the relevant platform.
Premium features may change, be renamed, be improved, or be discontinued over time.
Some apps may include AI-assisted features. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
You should not rely on AI output as legal, immigration, medical, financial, or professional advice. Always verify important information with official sources or qualified professionals.
You agree not to misuse WegLabs apps or websites. You must not:
WegLabs may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue app features, content, pricing, or availability at any time. We try to keep products useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
WegLabs apps, branding, design, text, visuals, code, product structure, and website content are owned by WegLabs or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, or use WegLabs intellectual property without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
WegLabs apps and websites may link to third-party websites, official sources, cloud services, app stores, payment providers, or AI services. WegLabs is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to apps or features if users violate these Terms, misuse the services, interfere with security or billing, or use the services in a harmful or unlawful way.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
